Pricing

Performance-aligned pricing.

Suppliers pay a one-time integration fee, then a success-based origination fee — charged on awarded, full-scope projects Discoverer actually originated. The fee decreases with the size of awarded contracts.

For Suppliers

Pay only when Discoverer earns the relationship.

Suppliers pay one Integration Fee based on company revenue, and an Origination Fee on awarded full-scope projects that Discoverer actually created. Pilots, samples, and prototypes are excluded. Buyer licenses inside your account are free and unlimited.

How origination works

The full mechanics, in plain language.

Aligned with the language used in the supplier agreement. Open any item for the precise definition.

Discoverer-originated
The opportunity was first created and engaged on the platform — through messaging, gated document requests, or equivalent in-platform interaction — not merely viewed. A buyer browsing your profile without engagement does not constitute origination.
Full-Scope Project
The production-scale awarded engagement. Pilots, samples, and prototypes are explicitly excluded. The Origination Fee only attaches once a project reaches awarded production scope.
GTV (Gross Transaction Value)
Total invoiced value to the Buyer for the awarded scope in the billing period, before taxes and rebates. Freight and pure pass-through materials are excluded unless they are contractually bundled into the awarded scope.
Annual Tiering
The Origination Fee applies to the supplier's aggregate Discoverer-originated GTV per calendar year, using the bands shown above. As your annual Discoverer-originated GTV crosses a threshold, the lower rate applies prospectively to subsequent volumes within that year.
Billing
Invoiced quarterly in arrears on Buyer-confirmed GTV. Net 30 payment terms.
Attribution window & duration
The fee applies to the awarded Full-Scope Project and its in-scope volumes for a defined term per the Agreement — typically multi-year coverage from project commencement, with a reasonable look-back window for origination.
Renewals & follow-on orders
Renewals and follow-on orders are not subject to a new fee unless Discoverer materially re-originates the opportunity, or as otherwise specified in the Agreement.
Non-circumvention & audit trail
Platform records — engagement logs, gated-access history, document request trails — provide the evidence of origination and scope. The audit trail is the source of truth for both parties.
