Discoverer (“Discoverer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at discoverer.tech and the related supplier discovery platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding that information.
This Policy applies to information collected through our website, our platform, our forms, and direct communications such as email and demo bookings. It does not cover information you provide to third parties whose services we link to.

When you contact us, request a demo, or sign up for early access, we collect the information you give us, which may include:

- Country, region, or other location indicators relevant to your sourcing or supplier context
- The contents of any message, request, or qualification information you send us
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical information:

- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and similar usage metrics

Information from third parties
If you book a meeting with us through an external scheduling tool, that tool may share with us your name, email, and selected appointment time. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.

- Service delivery: to respond to your inquiries, schedule meetings or demos, and provide the supplier discovery platform if you are an authorized user
- Communication: to send transactional messages (e.g., onboarding instructions, account updates) and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about Discoverer

04How long we retain information

- Inquiries that do not result in an account are retained for up to 24 months
- Account information is retained while the account is active and for up to 36 months after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law
